CONTRIBUTIONS PSYCHOMETRIC IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A QUESTIONNARE TO EVALUATE THE PERCEIVED QUALITY OF SPORTS SERVICES

The objective of the study was to analyse the psychometric
properties (reliability and factor structure) of the Questionnaire of Evaluation
of the Quality Perceived in Sports Services (CECASDEP) in a sample of
users of sport services in Alcalá la Real (Jaén), knowing the difference based
on gender in the perception of quality. The questionnaire was distributed to
220 participants (M = 40.64; DT = 15.17), with an age range of 14 to 81 years.
The internal consistency shown by the instrument was acceptable (� > .70)
and the confirmatory factor analysis adjusted better to the structure obtained
in the present study.
