The objectives of this study were: a) analyze the level of perceived self-efficacy by the players, b) analyze the level of perceived self-efficacy by coaches in relation to their own players, and c) analyzing the relationship between perceived self-efficacy by players and displayed by your coaches. Questionnaire was administered Specific Self-Efficacy Basketball Players (Ortega, 2005) in a sample total of 97 basketball players and 13 coaches. The most significant results indicated that greater perceived self-efficacy coaches and players than it actually is perceived by them. These data indicated the need for intervention programs to bring the views of the coaches and players, a key element in the transmission of feedback.
