Mental training is a method that has been included in sports programs and used by athletes and teams. The purposes of this study were to present a mental training program and its level of satisfaction and applicability. The sample was composed by 22 soccer players from a professional team, age between 14 and 18 years old. The psychological intervention was done during five months, using group and individual workouts. The results indicate that satisfaction levels and applicability were well considered. The psychologist work must be adapted to the environment where it is developed and the combination of both modalities (group and individual) could help the improvement of the perception of satisfaction and applicability of the program.
