This study aimed to analyze the sports services satisfaction from users, directors and workers. In a sample of 406 city sport venues users from Palma de Mallorca were measured the service perceived quality and satisfaction. It was done descriptive statistics and comparison between men and women. Results indicated the motives to choose such services were: proximity, accessible prices, variety of activities and time. The perceived quality and satisfaction were good. There were differences between men and women who were more satisfied, perceive less problems and more quality than men.
