The study aimed to identify the reality of women's administrative educational work and the most important factors influencing their work in this field, as well as ways to enhance their performance level. The study questions were as follows: What is the reality of women's administrative educational work at Hail University? What are the factors influencing women's administrative educational work at Hail University?
