SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL COMPETENCIES, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, EVALUATION AND ABILITY TO WORK AMONG THE GRADUATES OF SPORTS REHABILITATION

This study aimed at identifying scientific and practical competencies, communication skills, evaluation and ability to work among the graduates of sports rehabilitation in the faculty of sports sciences at Mu'tah University, and the differences in competencies according to the variables of gender and academic estimation. The study sample consisted of (81) male and female graduates, with (42) males (51.9%) and (39) females (48.1%). The study used the descriptive approach due to its compatibility to the study nature, and the questionnaire was used as the study instrument for data collection. The study instrument consisted of (4) domains (scientific and practical competencies, communication skills, evaluation, ability to work), where each domain included (6) items.
