QUALITY ASSESSMENT IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AREA IN SECONDARY EDUCATION CENTER SCHOOL

This paper presents an adaptation of the SERVQUAL model to
the field of secondary education, particularly in the area of physical education.
The results support the existence of a stable and parsimonious factor
structure with acceptable fit indices. The questionnaire was administered to
175 students-as second cycle of ESO and Baccalaureate of Secondary School
Malaga-Spain (74 students-as of 3 º ESO, 56 students-as in their 4th year, 45
students-as of 1 Bachelor).
