This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of organizational commitment, digital literacy, teacher professionalism, and the role of digital leadership of the principal in building an innovative organizational culture in educational units. By understanding the interaction between these factors, it is hoped that effective strategies can be identified to increase innovation in the educational environment. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to junior high school principals throughout Lampung Province.
