Administrative climate and its relationship to psychological stress among workers in Baghdad Premier League football clubs

The purpose of this paper is to identifying the administrative climate and its relationship to psychological stress among workers in Baghdad Premier League football clubs. The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the problem. As the research procedures were carried out on a sample of (97) individuals from the administrative corporations, all of them from the governorate of Baghdad were chosen by the intentional method.
